Magic Lake Bensheim

At the Magic Lake Event in Bensheim the art2O team was able to enchant the audience with fascinating light, laser and water effects and to transform the Bensheim Lake into an extraordinary and magical place.

Within a few days our crew together with the colleagues of the POOLgroup were able to install countless fountains, light and laser effects in the middle of the approximately seven hectare large lake, which measures 17 meters at its deepest point. These circumstances made concentrated and careful work absolutely necessary, because lost material would not have been easily found again! The necessary control technology was positioned on two large islands of special floating cubes on the lake and was supplied with electricity from land. The fountains were installed and wired along floating trusses - so the complete system was a floating unit that could be anchored on the lake.

The five-minute daytime show and the ten-minute evening show were pre-programmed and visualized in our showroom in advance, so all that was needed on site were adjustments to make all elements of the system "dance" in perfect harmony! Various fountain pictures, moving heads, the watershield, laser projectors and the breathtaking high fountain, which shot the water up to 40 meters high into the summer sky, conjured up a varied show on the otherwise calm water surface! Thousands of spectators did not miss the spectacular experience, which was impressive and fascinating for 10 days.

On the weekend evenings alone, over 7,000 people came to the beach of Lake Bensheim and enjoyed both the atmospheric atmosphere and the unique show.

Due to this unexpectedly large crowd, the event changed from an insider tip for a successful end of the day to the highlight of the several-day event.
